If you’ve read this blog before you’ll have heard me bang on (and on!) about how we’d love to be running drop-in groups all around the country and how my dream is to offer women an alternative to the traditional ‘diet’ clubs. One of the main reasons I would love all our Fairies to be in a position to offer that kind of ‘pop in once a week’ type club is that we desperately want to make Beyond Chocolate more affordable and more accessible to any woman who has had enough of being weighed every week and being offered the same diets re-packaged and re-branded, year after year.
We’re not there yet because we just don’t have the critical mass our Chocolate Fairies need (yet) to get 10 or 15 women dropping in every week - and that’s the numbers that would make it doable for the Fairies and affordable for participants.
So we have put our heads together with the Chocolate Fairies and we have created a much, much more more affordable workshop for anyone who wants to get started with Beyond Chocolate. In fact, the workshop is called just that: Getting Started. It’s a 4 hour workshop which costs £49. You’ll get all the essential parts of Beyond Chocolate in an accessible, digestible format and you’ll meet a wonderful Chocolate Fairy and lots of other like-minded women.
After that you can keep in touch with Beyond Chocolate and other participants on the forum... and some of the Fairies will be offering monthly or fortnightly groups, while we work on growing so that we can at some point offer drop ins.
We have just finished fine tuning the content of the workshop and you’ll find dates on our website very soon.
What do you think? If you've not been on a 1 Day workshop because it was too expensive for you or you couldn't make the date or there wasn't one near you... We'd love to know if the Getting Started workshop appeals to you.
We are very excited, we can’t wait to Get Started!
