I have been reading biographical information on the Penguinonline.com sales page for Australia and other sales pages about the author of this book. He claims in addition to his absolutely spectacular resume of top jobs, that he had seven years' experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

The author did run a 'creative coaching' practice for quite a number of years during the noughties called freestylesuccess.com.
I am very pleased to see that the author is these days an 'accredited coach' with an 'Advanced Diploma with Distinction' obtained from 'The Coaching Academy'. I am unable to locate their 'Advanced Diploma' course on their website, but that's probably just down to my usual ineptitude but I did note that one can obtain a certificate in coaching by doing a two day course there.
