A week ago a friend of mine tried to encourage me to eat a 0% fat quark, as it tastes as good as 40% one. I did a test. And 0% one is not even near the 40% one. She is eating it, because it's healthy. And she it's a lot of it. I stick to my 40% quark, eat 3 spoons and I'm satisfied :) especially if these 3 spoons cover a handful of raspberries.
