Say no to foods that have been unnecessarily...Yes!! Say no to foods that have been unnecessarily mucked about with and added to! There's nothing quite as delicious as good quality Greek yoghurt with a drizzle of Fairtrade honey and a sprinkle of chopped, toasted hazelnuts! I have an extremely small cliptop tub especialy for this combination, so I can take some to work for my snack.
